Shell:
Front seam fixed bale M1 combat helmet shell heat stamp 66F. This shell is in amazing condition. It was manufactured so early that the chin straps are not long enough to buckle around the back of the helmet.
Liner:
3rd pattern super early war prototype fibre liner manufactured by Hawley. There is a name written on the inside of the brim and on the sweatband
(Byron Cleveland) with illegible numbers underneath. Name has not been researched yet.
