WW2/Korea M2 helmet liner Westinghouse/Capac,Rebuilt To WW2 Paratrooper Specifications, Used.
This one is a Paratrooper liner for use in the super rare M2 paratrooper helmet , not included!
I replaced the roached out webbing with a brand new reproduction kit from J Murray 1944, added his nape strap and my production high quality headband and chinstrap and added A-Frame assemblies, baby dot snaps and a high quality chamois lined leather chin-cup.
The shell is how I received it, leaving the option to repaint up to the new owner as this will not be seen while paired with a helmet shell, not included, also repainting would drive the price up.
Disclaimer-These liners are over 70 years old and exhibit dings, dents, dirt, debris and possibly small cracks and dents!
This one has some damage to the crown, looks like a cut, view images closely but this does not impair function or use and will not be seen under a shell. Reflected in the price, $10 off!
