WW2 Dutch Model 23-27 Steel Helmet

Here is a nice original WW2 Dutch model 23-27 steel combat helmet. This helmet is sometimes called the M28 (new model). Original paint,liner,chin strap and front emblem. Has a Heer eagle to one side. Not sure if original but certainly looks good. But I am nowhere knowledgeable enough to determine that. Eagle about 75%. Exterior paint is about 80-85%. Shows use. Liner and chin strap is all there but the liner band has broken and one leather pad cover is gone. I have seen French & Czech helmets with original Heer emblems and French, Czech, & Russian helmets with Luftschutz emblems so this may well be legit. The individual I purchased this from described it as a "occupation" helmet but in all my years of collecting I have never heard it put that way. But I suppose that could be correct. Priced as a regular WW2 Dutch helmet as I am not certain. I have owned this for many years.
