An original Riddell VSR1 helmet from the 1990s, complete with all of the padding. The helmet is a rare XL size, able to fit the large melon that you have. It was painted fresh at the Riddell reconditioning plant and then released. It has the Ohio State triple stripe. Helmet has a "Display Helmet" warning sticker on the rear as is the case with all college helmets that are released. Original on-field style helmet. Has a recoated RJOP-UB mask in an XL size. The mask was recoated byt Mask Coaters who went out of business in the early 2000s. The mask is secured to the helmet using its original clips and hardware. Helmet shows great game wear on the inside, while the outside is very nice for you to display.
