Vintage NFL Football San Francisco 49ers TOY Plastic Helmet Hutch

Preowned toy helmet.  Some wear, missing the strap. But nothing looks broken, no cracks, still feels solid. I'm not sure what brand this is - Hutch?   Measures about  11" long (including face mask) and about 7" tall. Inside looks relatively clean (for its age) but it looks like some of the side foam has torn away - see pics. Please see pictures for details.
