The photograph looks robin egg blue. But it's not . It's like a light green . Photos taken under natural light. My wife said it's Robin egg blue. Maybe I'm color blind.
Regardless this is old and has small amounts of damage if you look close on the helmet. Scratches and paint showing. The visor and surround is leather. The interior is missing the liner at the crown of the head. See photos.
