Vintage Arthur Fulmer Motorcycle Helmet Black 1971 Gold Wings SMALL ?

Vintage Arthur Fulmer helmet from 1970s, in great condition for age with no cracks or dents to the shell.  There are some scratches and dings.  The foam is in remarkably good condition and not rotted or falling out but it is aged.  The straps are clean and firmly attached.  No rust on the buckles or snaps.  It has hand painted name/initials in gold/yellow.  It does not have the size sticker inside but I am fairly certain it is SMALL.  Also included is a black BV200 Bubble Visor that is not cracked or badly worn.  See the last photos with rulers to judge for yourself.
