VIETNAM SPH-4 HELICOPTER FLIGHT HELMET WITH BAG, FLIGHT OVERALLS AND COMS
GREAT STARTER SET UP FOR A NOVICE COLLECTOR OR EXPANSION SET FOR THE BIG TIME COLLECTOR!
The SPH-4 helmet is size Medium-Large (best guess). I’m a 7 1/8 and it fits well. We didn’t want to dismantle it to verify the size. One inch crack on front of right ear pod(see pic). The paint is post war, more than likely. It looks good, but definitely an amateur paint job. It was a visor off paint job, so at least he thought about that. It comes with the switch box for coms. (ALL ELECTRONICS ARE UNTESTED!)
The coveralls are labeled Overalls, Man’s Parachutist Intermediate Size Large (see pic).
The helmet bag has the period correct corduroy type liner and has the name written on it.
NAME MATCHES ON HELMET, BAG & OVERALLS, PLUS ONE AN EXTRA NAME TAPE.
