Up for BIN is a rare Old School US Navy BUDS/SEAL ProTec Helmet. Full cut in styling. Neon color I believe denotes ranking in the boat crews. Used during "Rock Portage" evolution and scene a many a Hell Week. Salt Factor -HIGH! Item is in “Well Used Condition”! Pictures describe it better than I can, but ask questions if you have them.
