A very nice, post Vietnam War ERDL (aka "leaf") camouflage pattern helmet cover for the old M1 steel helmet with reflective "cat's eyes" sewn to the back. Common with Ranger and Airborne units, but not with conventional forces. Appears to be in new or near new condition, from the 1979 contract year. Would be perfect for display on an M1 helmet. Please
check out my other Ebay listings for more interesting, rare and unusual
military insignia, berets, uniforms and field kit. All items in my auctions are described accurately and honestly to
the best of my knowledge and are believed to be genuine unless specifically
stated otherwise. All items are sold as is, and all sales are final. Contact me
if you have further questions, but please be polite and articulate if you want
an answer. Thanks for looking and best of luck! PLEASE NOTE: Failing to pay for any auction that you win will automatically place you on a list to block future bids on my auctions, which is permanent. You will also receive a non-payment strike from Ebay. Please honor your bids and pay for the auction, or do not bid. Likewise, anyone leaving negative or neutral feedback will be permanently banned from bidding in the future. If you have any issues at all with an item you purchase please CONTACT ME and I will make every effort to work it out to your satisfaction. Failing to make an effort to work out a solution is a poor reflection on the customer and justification for refusal to do business with you again.
