Shipping Policy – 48 States:
Free freight offer is for the contiguous 48 states and are shipped ground freight. We ship from 14 different warehouses throughout the US.
Global Shipping:
All of our products are on the eBay Global Program. If you are an international buyer, you can go through the process and eBay will quote the shipping costs for you.
Returns Policy:
We will gladly accept most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 15% return/restocking fee, which covers the original shipping cost of the item plus miscellaneous expenses. Said return/restocking fee will merely be deducted from the refund balance and it will be credited back to whichever payment method was used during the initial order.
Likewise, ALL returns must be UNUSED and remain in their original NEW RETAIL CONDITION, with no labels or tags having been removed or altered and with no signs of damage or wear whatsoever.
All returns must be in their original and unopened packaging. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs in the return of the items to the warehouse specified by our returns department. However, in the event the return is a result of our error wherein you were to receive an incorrect or defective item, then we will pay for the return shipping costs. Defective parts or parts sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full at no cost to the customer. In such cases, MotoDirect will merely supply you a return shipping label for sending the item or items back to the warehouse specified by our returns department.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your package being picked up by the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly than that. This time period includes allowance for: transit time for your return to reach us, time for the actual manufacturer representative's inspection of the item to confirm its unused condition, time to process the return in our system, and time for your banking institution to return the money to your card or account.

Select the helmet size that is closest to your head measurement from the sizing guidelines above. If your head measurement falls between two helmet sizes, first try on the smaller of the two helmets. THE PERFECT FIT No helmet can protect the wearer against all unforeseeable high- and low-speed impacts. However, to help maximize head protection, the helmet must fit properly, and the retention system must be securely fastened under the chin. Failure to ride with a proper fitting helmet and securely fastened chinstrap is dangerous, as the helmet could come off during an accident, resulting in severe head trauma or death.
