These are a nice leather upgrade for your USGI combat helmet. These will fit up to 1.5 inch suspension systems or smaller.
These say size medium but they are adjustable up to 25" circumference. Make sure to fit to your head before installation.
Installation is tight on 1.5" webbing but it works as shown in pictures.
