RARE US Army ERDL Variant Camouflage Helmet Cover 1976 Dated

A very nice, post Vietnam War ERDL (aka "leaf") camouflage pattern helmet cover for the old M1 steel helmet.  This is an early variant, dated 1976, and the colors are more in line with what would end up on the m81 "woodland" pattern. Very short lived and probably only produced for a single year or two. This would be perfect for display on an M1 helmet.
