RARE Prussian Garde du Corps German Pionier Picklehaube M-1895 Spike

Nice pickelhaube overall with minor issues. The body of the helm has two sets of holes for the Wappen covered by leather, so the GdC Wappen may not be original to the helm - it is possible the owner transferred in to the Garde Pionier units - from the amount of verdigris on the mounting screws, the Wappen has been on there for along time. Size is marked as 55. Lining is still supple but with some damage as shown. The Wappen is fantastic - early nickel silver with great detail. Wappen  is non-magnetic, the other fittings are magnetic.  Some crazing to the visors but no dents or damage.
