You get exactly what you see however you do not get the glass head. That is just to show what it looks like. This has a few defects such as stains on the oxygen mask and elsewhere as shown in photos, rust on a couple of the metal strap hardware, the oxygen mask hose is brown and faded/stained, one strap on the oxygen mask looks to be cut or ripped or something, but is hidden. It is a size 58 helmet/cap as shown on picture of the tag.
