SPOILER : Spoiler is held on by 3M double-sided foam tape. This allows the spoiler to break away under impact, to prevent it from catching and causing additional injury in the event of a crash. The spoiler is shaped to act as a "flow separator", which breaks the high-pressure across the top of the helmet and causes a low-pressure area at the rear of the helmet in the area under the spoiler, allowing dynamic airflow. Air is actually sucked out the vents under the spoiler, keeping the rider cooler, more comfortable and incredibly stable at high speed. EYEBROW VENTS: Are integrated into the shell, not added on as an afterthought. MOUTH VENT: Is dual-stage. 1st stage flows air to the shield. 2nd to the rider's face. TOP VENT : Opens with a single push of the vent plate and pops-up to form a scoop. Easy to tell when open and closed allowing better concentration for the rider. SHIELD : Optically correct flat shield - Mechanism is easy to change - Scribe line on mounting plate allows easy alignment, even with a tinted shield - Available with tear off posts for racing applications - Flat shield allows better seal and performance for PinLock insert - PinLock anti fog shield is included.
