Stretchy spandex material breathes to allow air flow while protecting your helmet from scuffs and scratches. This cover is designed for helmets with an existing visor as the front portion goes over the visor. If you have a skull cap and there is no visor on your helmet, please let me know and I will make it without a visor cover.
