This is a REAL football helmet that has installed into it a large noise making cow bell that I assume was used in the cheer leading section of previous KU football games. It appears to be in rather VERY GOOD condition with very little rough handling over the years and still a GREAT amount of original paint does still remain to this very day, but you be the judge on that one.
