It wasn't until Priest signed with the Chiefs in 2001 that the magic of Priest really shone through. In Priest's first season 2001 with the Chiefs he led the NFL in Rushing with 1,555 Yards. Becoming the first undrafted player in NFL History to do so. In Priest's second season 2002 he improved on the mark despite missing the final two games. Priest rushed for 1,615 yards and a remarkable 21 Touchdowns In 2003 Priest broke Marshall Faulk's NFL Record or 27 Touchdowns by scoring 28 Touchdowns. Priest was truly a scoring wonder. Priest retired as the Chiefs All Time leader for Career Rushing Touchdowns with 83 Total and Career Rushing yards with 6,070 yards. Priest was Inducted into the Chiefs Ring of Honor on November 11, 2014. Injuries forced Priest into early retirement in 2007 if not for that, Priest was certainly headed to a place in the NFL Hall of Fame..As it is Priest remains one of the most impactful Players in Kansa City Chiefs History.
