USMC/USN HGU-33/PRK-37, I believe, are all size Mediums.
The HGU-33/PRK-37 helmets are all Shop Spares (as can be seen on the label/s located on the back of the helmets), therefore, they are missing a few things including visor slides, bayonet receivers, screws, oxygen masks, and others. Despite their age and condition, they, overall, have good bones, including their eadgerolls. Please study photos.
SPH-4B does not have a label, but my guess is, it's a size Regular or size Large.
ANVIS battery Pack is a Replica. HGU-33/PRK-37 Dark Tinted Visor is also a Replica and comes as is with a chip/crack. Pilot flashlight has missing part/s, but has twistable red lens for tactical flying.
Flight suit does not have a label, but is has a special forces patch on its left shoulder together with a ranger patch. It will come as is/as found, just like with all the items in the lot.
