The Base is made of knotty pine and is stained to a Deep rich shade that gives these stands a unique, rustic, old world finish. Each plaque is hand selected for the best wood grain qualities. DESCRIPTION - The Oval base plate measures 9.5" x 6.75" x .75" and includes felt "feet" on the bottom to protect furniture. Total helmet height of  11.5" - 12.5" .  * varies based on helmet type, liner, no liner, etc. Your Helmet sits on top of a PVC ring, supported by 3 posts for a distinctive look and a safe interface with your shell or liner. The stand comes unassembled – Assembly time is under 5 minutes! No tools are required to assemble. – Wood glue may be used but is not included or required This stand fits most military helmets  (A disclaimer. Haven't found any it doesn't fit!) These are handmade and therefore the final product will have variations in color or wood grain pattern which we are not responsible for. I specifically select knotted, distressed plaques for the "Rustic", Old World Classic " finish. If you are looking for a more uniform , flat, unmarked finish look at me BFC-III or ABF-III helmet stands. BFCare the same as these only with a Black Top, wood finish trim. ABF stands are all black.
