Most items still have the original hang tags attached, but some may not. Not in original box as boxes were damaged during the return process. These are new, never worn helmets. Have sold thousands of these at $39.99 in retail settings. Selling these super low to move them out. Condition: These helmets are a shelf pull. Shelf Pulls were previously available for sale in a retail environment but were never sold. The item is like new but may have a few scuff marks. Previous customers have come back to me and stated that these light blemishes can be removed with a plastic polish, or covered with a sticker.
