Genuine U.S. Navy Recompression Chamber viewports. 3 each: 7 1/2” diameter @ 1 1/8” thick with a bevel on one side. Used; actually taken from a chamber. These had to be replaced after a specified number of years as required by certification authorities. The black material seen on them is where they compressed against a sealing gasket; it is easily removed.
1 each: 6 inch diameter @ 1 1/4” thick without a bevel. NOS never placed into service.
The black marker writing on the sides can also be removed. (Required manufacturing specs from the Certification manual)
These acrylic viewports can be easily polished, if desired, and re-purposed such as seen in the last 2 photos. I can imagine using one in a cool shadow box. I will also make the Navy Diver one available separately. It is etched on the back side and not a decal.
Buyers will be informed as to the exact origin of the 3 used viewports, if desired.
