Dale Earnhardt Sr 2001 Character Collectibles Holding Helmet First

Dale Earnhardt, Sr. #3 2001 Character Collectibles Figurine/Statue/Figure "Holding Helmet". What makes this item different from all the rest of similar items I noticed on eBay at the time of posting this auction is that this is a FIRST EDITION, LIMITED EDITION piece made especially for Dale Earnhardt Inc. as stated on bottom of base of statue. GREAT ITEM FOR ANY SERIOUS DALE EARNHARDT, SR. COLLECTOR. It is a nice likeness of Dale Sr. standing in a GM Goodwrench Service racing uniform, holding a racing helmet. From the bottom of the base to top of the head it measures approximately 9" tall. The box it comes in was only opened for pictures in this posting and item has never been displayed on a shelf . This piece is Extremely RARE as only 9 were produced of this First Edition piece. This piece is hand numbered 1 / 0009 - and all numbers match where numbers are given - see photos. At such a low numbering many think this is a SAMPLE piece sent to Dale Earnhardt Inc. for approval. I don't know that for sure. This auction contains: Dale Earnhardt, Sr. "First Edition" Statue on base; Original Box (with Styrofoam insert to protect statue and plastic bag to contain statue); COA (Certificate of Authenticity); Statement of Limited Edition Production card; and original "product tag"). The original box and insert cards do show age and some wear - please see photos. The box has a few "dings" - see photos.
