This helmet is authentic, as it is a real helmet. Not game used. Case Keenum has never worn this helmet. This helmet is not suitable for real game use.
Helmet at one time was displayed in air conditioned pet free home. Stored in a box for several years since. Nice glossy paint. There are some minor imperfections commensurate with age. Some of the stickers are peeling off.
