Iron man mk85 helmet. 3d printed custom painted shelfsitter/ prop with LED eyes. This helmet was custom painted and 3D printed by me. I put many hours into trying to make this as movie accurate as I could, however this is a custom made helmet which means it has some imperfections that would not normally be on a factory made item such as 3D print lines and some scratches or other blemishes. The inside of the helmet and face plate are unpainted, however there is room for padding. I have clear coated it multiple times to help prevent scratching. I also plastic welded some buckle clips to the jaw and helmet pieces so they can come apart. The faceplate sits freely on the helmet. This helmet CAN be worn but I would recommend using it as a shelf sitter/ display piece to avoid the paint scratching or chipping. The LED eyes are hot glued on and the battery pack is velcro backed to be accessible to change the battery. The helmet opening dimensions are 6 1/2” from ear to ear and 7 1/2” from bottom of jaw to back of helmet piece.
