We ship items ASAP. If the item is not a presale item, your order will be shipped within 4 business days of order submission (usually 1 or 2 business days though)

You cannot cancel your order once the label has been printed. No exceptions. This is due to high volume automations involved with shipping. If you want to cancel an order, you MUST do it through the system. Do not expect an order to be cancelled because you sent a message request to cancel.

If you attempt to "return" the item before it has been shipped or released for any reason, especially if you put "not as described" before the item is even shipped, you will be reported to Ebay for fraud. These cases are handled very seriously**(see below) Please be 100% sure that you wish to purchase. 

You will not leave negative feedback for poor communication unless 3 business days have passed. With the large volume of inquiries and limited staff on weekends and holidays, response time may be longer than expected.

You will not leave negative feedback if the distribution of cover art is not to your liking, especially if noted in the description that you will receive random cover art.

None of our items are marketed to be in pristine graded, gradable, or showroom condition. We try our best to deliver our products in this condition, but small or slight outward creases to manufacturers packaging, 1in or less exterior dented corner, minor exterior blemishes to manufacturers packaging, do not warrant refundable or forcibly returnable items in congruence with Ebay?s ?damaged item? or ?item not as described? policy. Attempts will be reported as fraudulent.

ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE GENUINE STRAIGHT FROM THE MANUFACTURER. We provide manufacturing lot/ serial numbers that are verifiable from the manufacturer. If any report is made in regard to our items being fake or not genuine after this information is supplied, or fraudulent negative feedback is made, ensuing litigation as described below for libel in civil court in the county of residence of the buyer may occur.

If you leave negative feedback because you are not happy with the contents of opening any factory sealed item (don?t like the cards you got after opening a sealed pack) this will be considered libel and handled appropriately with possible subsequent civil suit by Comics Plus of Macon LLC against said purchaser. You will also be reported to Ebay for fraud.

Of course we will take care of you if your item gets damaged en route or otherwise doesn't make it to you in one piece.

**by completing your order, you agree that this is a legally binding document and agree to pay all associated court fees to your local municipality if forced return; aka, automatic approval by Pricetronic reason "not as described" is made before shipment of product. Even if "item not as described" return attempt is filed with Pricetronic and made after arrival of your product, CC 24 hour digital video recording from multiple cameras are fixed during packaging and show everything until carrier pickup with clear addressee on the face of all shipments. These recordings are promised to be used in false "not as described" small claims court cases. You also agree that, while Pricetronic forces seller refunds in this situation, we will refund you before Pricetronic does to avoid automatic penalty that Pricetronic assesses to any seller that does not accept in a "no questions asked" manner. This in no way is an admission from Comics Plus of Maconthat an item was not as described. Suit in buyers local municipal small claims court will be filed for losses and damages acquired with aforementioned buyer violation of this legally binding document. Seller also agrees that if negative feedback is left for anything stated in the above document that they agree to pay all associated local court fees in respondent libel suit, if Comics Plus of Macon LLC deems this necessary.
OUR ITEMS ARE SENT AS DESCRIBED. If an error is made on our end, we expect our buyers to contact us to allow proper restitution. Buyer promises not to leave negative feedback unless documented attempt to contact seller has been made and 4 business day time frame has elapsed. We will ALWAYS refund our sellers if an item is truly not as described.
We agree to enact actions necessary to abide by Ebay?s acceptable use policy. This in no way affects Comics Plus of Macon LLC?s subsequent legal proceedings involving libel or slander suits filed in buyer?s municipalities for violating this agreed upon document with purchase of product from Comics Plus of Macon LLC.
