Inside is complete unless it had a top pad?
Foam is complete.
The liner around the sides is complete but there is black specs coming out.
The lining is attatched around outside of liner but is lose inside, needs just sticky spray glue.
Leather fastener. Has USA BELL MAG III 3 80 stamped into it.
Rubber band around the helmet is perfect.
Very rare condition & color!
