I believe the size is Large. I measured the helmet and it measures 10.5 inches from front to back (The Foam is 1.75 inch thick, included in the measurements). And 8.25 inches from side to side (Including the 2 inch thick foam on each side). These measurements are taken from the head point of entry....where you wear the helmet. The foam of course compresses against the head when you wear the helmet.
