KILLER Old DOG EAR SPALDING 1920’s ANTIQUE ALL Leather Football

Up for the auction is very scarce All thick Leather Spalding Sporting Goods All thick beautiful TWO tone leather (light brown leather and black leather cross straps - fine white stitching though out) - check out the Dog Ear side circular leather ear cups & beautiful Spalding front leather harness stamping (all silver factory stamping) in super overall shape and condition - exterior and interior stamping reflects adult size 6 7/8 (see photos) - model “D” stamped into the back thick brown leather quarter panel (see black piping - criss cross straps on the top exterior) and has the wonderful silver stamping on the front light brown leather harness ; see interior wool lining intact and the 8 canvas cris cross interior head harness and the white leather circular connector with 6 7/8 stamped into the leather liner)!!!
This cool old 1920’s unusual unique thick BROWN leather DOG EAR all brown & black leather ANTIQUE HELMET is in nice shape and is a rare all clean leather vintage football helmet & would be a great addition to any sports collection- wow!!
This particular UNUSUAL front stamping Spalding thick DOG EWR BORWN leather WITH BLACK top cross antique helmet is rare and very tough to find (the entire helmet is intact and complete and in SUPER nice shape considering its age (100 years plus, see all close up photos - very cool antique football helmet, see several photos), this is a great looking helmet!!
The old gridiron leather weapon has held up VERY strong over the many years and has 12 small ventilation holes on the top of the all leather DOME - no ventilation holes in the back thick brown leather panels and hops date Althusser old beaut!!
The interior has the super thick wool lining with blond interior leather circular skull cap lining and canvas cross strap 8 strap head harness and thick white leather circular connector - all intact and in very nice shape.
This old antique football helmet is very scarce and dates to the early to mid 20’s. This awesome looking and RARE leather SPALDING leather dome & DOG EAR football helmet will look amazing displayed in your sports room, office, den or family room - wow!!
