It dose not matter if it's a padded envelope or a small box if it's 4 oz or less the USPS charges the same shipping fee. So as a collector myself I would rather have my items sent to me in a box protected rather then a envelope if it's the same cost. If you would like to save money on shipping then add two or more items to your cart and it will automatically give you the flat shipping fee of $5. Postage goes up every year and my flat $5 shipping keeps stating the same.
