38B CM1939 WW2 Dutch M38 helmet Stahlhelm

Dutch M38 helmet liner and chin strap . Paint has crazing and not sure if long ago these were tan color or if thats primer underneath but other examples I found on the net seem exactly the same. please see photos and ask any and all questions prior to bidding as this is an as is no return item.
