The American Football Conference (AFC) champion New England Patriots defeated the National Football Conference (NFC) champion Los Angeles Rams, 13–3. The game was played on February 3, 2019, at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta and was the first Super Bowl played at the stadium. The Patriots victory was their 6th and last Super Bowl win with Tom Brady. Patriots tied Pittsburgh for the most Super Bowl championships with this game, so it is a significant game in history. This helmet was purchased at a Kyle Van Noy Valor Foundation fund raising event for foster children, so the money went to a good cause.
