Nice original used cover, 1969 contract date. Has had a repair made by sewing all along the rim of the helmet where these typically wore out first and another to a tear across the top, both made in a way that's less noticeable when the green side is worn out. Green side is definitely dirtier than the brown side, I will leave the decision if/how to clean it to the buyer. Be sure to look at the photos well to see the condition. A nice well used original helmet with honest wear will display that well on a helmet.
